  Note: You need to add at least either the HTTP/1 or HTTP/2 implementation (or some other HTTP implementation) as a plugin, otherwise the proxy won't start. Both of them, including links to prebuilt JARs, can be found in the http1 and http2 directories of this repository. They both require the Scala runtime library in the classpath.
